More Honors on the Way

For Harvest Green, the awards just keep coming! In addition to being named Master-planned Community of the Year, we’ve just been honored with the Quality Planned Development seal by the West Houston Association and the North Houston Association.

This prestigious award signifies we have taken extra steps to create a vibrant, sustainable community where people want to live, work and play. It’s also a sign that Harvest Green will hold its value and be well-maintained for years to come.

In August, members of the WHA toured our “farm-tastic community, eager to explore Houston’s first “agri-hood.” During the tour, they walked the grounds, met with one of our Farm Educators and fed our goats. They were impressed by our Village Farm, the Farm Club and our weekly farmers market. Then they were treated to lunch and a presentation in the Farmhouse by Haley Peck, our Director of Marketing.

After the presentation, the committee unanimously voted to bestow us with the Quality Planned Development seal, which will be awarded at the organization’s annual Holiday & Awards Reception on December 4.

Thank you to the West Houston Association and the North Houston Association for honoring our community.
